PRICES
Weekly Rates:
Prices for each week are determined by the venues that are visited. All admission to every venue for the week is included. Camp On Wheels does not provide lunch or pay for snacks at snack stops. If no snack stop is scheduled for the day, Camp On Wheels provides a snack.
Camp on Wheels charges a $100.00 non-refundable deposit at the time of registration. The remainder of the weekly rate will be charged on the first day of the week registered for. Any promotions that the camper qualifies for will be applied at that time.
Daily Rates:
The daily rate is $89.00 plus the cost of admission to the venue of the day. Acceptance is based on availability and can only be granted 1 week prior to the day of interest.
Refunds:
Camp On Wheels does not give refunds or allow deposits to be transferred to other campers. Camp On Wheels charges a $50 change fee if a camper needs to switch weeks and is subject to availability. We honor our waiting list.
Campers that miss a day will not be compensated for the day missed. Transportation and admission tickets are scheduled and paid for in advance and are typically good only for that day.
There are no refunds for inclement weather. Camp On Wheels plans alternate activities at comparable costs in the unfortunate event of a venue rain out.
Season Pass Holders:
Campers that possess a valid season pass for a venue being visited that week must present it on the first day of camp. Camp On Wheels receives group rates for most venues and will discount the tuition price based on those rates.
Camp On Wheels will not assist campers that wish to purchase a season pass during camp hours. Campers must purchase season passes prior to the week registered for.
