Counseling Services

What is counseling?

Counseling provides people with an opportunity to share their thoughts, feelings and experiences with an unbiased observer who can see the big picture. Through active listening and thoughtful questioning, a professional counselor leads clients through a discovery process designed to identify the exact nature of their troublesome issues.

Randall McNeal provides solutions-oriented counseling - an interactive process between counselor and client that focuses on creating a positive, achievable action plan. His relaxed, non-judgmental approach immediately puts clients at ease, as they realize they have someone on their side, working for them. In this safe environment they are able to explore the issues that are challenging them and work toward successfully resolving them.
